Area Manager
What You’ll Do: Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes and kitchen standards. Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion consistency. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Work efficiently under high-volume conditions. Follow food safety regulations and kitchen procedures.
What We’re Looking For: Experience as a Line Cook, Kitchen Assistant, or similar role. Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand kitchen environment. Attention to detail and strong teamwork skills. Passion for food and delivering a great dining experience.

Line Cook
Responsibilities: • Execute local marketing initiatives across 6 esports clubs • Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for each location • Manage printed materials: ordering, briefing, logistics • Launch local promotions and offers, and analyze their performance • Support the event team during club openings, tournaments, and holidays • Update landing pages, ad creatives, and copywriting • Assist in preparing for external events (festivals, exhibitions) • Conduct product research and customer interviews
Requirements: • Ability to manage contractors, set tasks, monitor deadlines and quality • English level B2 or higher • Analytical mindset and strong focus on results • Independence and ability to make quick decisions • Basic knowledge of Figma is a plus

Marketing Manager
Responsibilities: • Analyze the performance of advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Snapchat Ads • Identify growth opportunities and weak points in marketing based on data • Build clear and insightful dashboards for different departments (marketing, management) • Segment users and analyze their behavior • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth
Requirements: • Solid knowledge of SQL • Basic Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) for A/B testing and data analysis • Experience with Amplitude or similar tools for user behavior analytics • Understanding of key metrics and analysis frameworks: funnels, retention, LTV, ARPU, A/B tests • Experience working with Metabase or other BI systems • Ability to automate reporting and visualize key performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROI, ROMI)
