What You’ll Do:
Coordinate day-to-day operations across 3–5 club locations
Support the General Manager with training sessions and team development
Break down monthly sales targets across branches and ensure they are met
Assist branch managers in achieving KPIs through guidance and support
Suggest and implement improvements in club performance and operations

What We’re Looking For:
Initiative and creative problem-solving skills
Experience managing people (even as a Head Waiter or Shift Leader)

Club Manager
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain merchandising standards for checkout areas, display zones, and café/bar setups.
Optimize shelf space for high-margin and high-velocity products.
Manage stock levels across all categories: snacks, RTD drinks, energy drinks, confectionery, impulse items, mini-gadgets, collectibles, and branded merch.
Test new SKUs and phase out low-performing ones.
Work closely with the marketing team to design and launch promo campaigns (bundle offers, “product of the month”, TG Packs).
Conduct weekly sales analysis across clubs and categories, identifying insights and opportunities for growth.

Requirements
Proven experience in Trade Marketing or Retail Merchandising.
Prior work experience in the UAE is essential (knowledge of suppliers, distributors, and local retail specifics).
Strong understanding of impulse sales and shopper behavior.
Ability to work with planograms, retail layouts, and sales analytics.
Proactive, structured, and hands-on approach to fieldwork.

Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Financial management, filling in necessary spreadsheets, controlling payments to suppliers.
- Monitoring the availability of required kitchenware, creating necessary forms, placing orders through club managers or the driver.
- Controlling and distributing orders from the clubs, ensuring all orders are assembled in the correct quantity without errors, monitoring communication with chefs and how they assemble the orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Creating and managing the chefs' schedule together with the sous-chef.
- Creating and maintaining all necessary documentation, ensuring its availability. Creating and implementing new documents from the existing ones.
- Creating training materials with the sous-chef for both clubs and chefs.
- Organizing and controlling food calendars and tastings.
- Monitoring the driver's work, logistics, and timing.
- Proper distribution of invoices and write-offs between chefs and accountants.
- Ensuring timely inventory counts.

Professional Qualities:
- Management skills, experience in managing kitchen staff, including task distribution and performance monitoring.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google docs, experience working with spreadsheets
- Knowledge of standards and regulations, understanding and compliance with sanitary and hygiene norms, food safety standards.
- Organizational skills, ability to efficiently organize kitchen operations, manage inventory and supplies.
- Training and mentoring skills, ability to train junior kitchen staff and transfer knowledge and skills.
- Work experience with softs ( Serve, Micros etc)

Responsibilities:
Run mixed-methods research, build actionable customer segments, and establish feedback loops.
Define and prototype new offerings, lead discovery processes, and scale successful hypotheses.
Productize the franchise kit, measure franchisee business health, and deliver quarterly improvements.

Professional Qualities:
Fluent English
5–8 years of experience in Product Management for consumer services, retail, entertainment, or marketplaces, with proven P&L impact.
Fluency in product discovery and UX research.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with pricing & unit economics.
Experience delivering both offline and online product experiences.

Nice to have:
Russian or Arabic
Background in gaming or esports.
